Under the aegis of Thakur Educational Group (TEG), the Zagdu Singh Charitable Trust has established a state-of-the-art campus degree college in Kandivali-West, named Thakur Specialized Degree College. The programs are designed in alignment with the National Education Policy 2020 and adopt a multidisciplinary approach. Students will have the flexibility to transition from a 3-year degree program to a 4-year Honours degree program or a 4-year Research degree program by adding an extra year of study. The emphasis will be on holistic student development, enhancing opportunities for employment and higher studies both in India and abroad. Affiliated with the University of Mumbai, the programs are set to commence in the academic year 2023–24.
