Tata Elxsi returns with Season 2 of TELIPORT, an exciting IDEA Challenge designed to discover and nurture top talent in technology, design, and innovation. This competition provides a unique platform to showcase your skills, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities to a global audience. It’s an opportunity to compete with brilliant minds, display your expertise, win substantial cash prizes, secure Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs), and engage with the senior leadership of Tata Elxsi. Competition Structure:

Round 1:  Idea Submission Round (25th Oct 2024, 00:00 hrs - 16th Nov 2024, 23:59 hrs)

Teams will get access to the case study on 26th Oct and would need to ideate, dive deep into the problem statement, and build a 1-slider submission. Top teams will be shortlisted for the Detailed Submission Round.

• Teams must submit a 1-slide PDF outlining their solution, selecting one of the provided problem statements.

• Solutions must be based solely on the chosen problem statement.

• Submissions will be evaluated by assessors and jury members, and the top entries will be shortlisted for the next round.

• By submitting, your idea becomes the exclusive property of Tata Elxsi.

Round 2: Detailed Submission (1st Dec 2024, 10:00 hrs - 15th Dec 2024, 23:59 hrs)

Top 50 shortlisted teams will be required to expand on their ideas and develop a comprehensive solution with an implementation roadmap. You are required to submit a 10-slider PPT along with supporting multimedia/prototype, if any. Shortlisted 50 teams in this round would have the opportunity of PPOs/PPIs.

• Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will need to submit a 10-slide PowerPoint presentation that provides a detailed explanation of their solution.

• The top 5 teams with the best solutions will be selected as National Finalists, advancing to the Grand Finale.

Round 3:  Grand Finale

• The top 5 teams will be invited to the on-ground Grand Finale, where they will present their final submissions to a panel of senior leaders.

• Teams will compete for the title of National Winner of TELIPORT Season 2 – Script your future!

Engineering students (Pre-Final and Final year) across India

Eligibility

• Tata Elxsi TELIPORT Season 2 is open to all engineering colleges in India.

• Eligible participants include pre-final and final year engineering students graduating in 2025 and 2026.

• Students pursuing B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, or Integrated Dual Degree courses are eligible.

• Teams should consist of 2-3 members.

• All team members must be from the same college.

• Cross-college teams are not allowed.

• Cross-year, cross-specialization, and cross-course teams are permitted.

Participation Agreement 

Participants must review the following Terms and Conditions before registering for the event:

• Tata Elxsi will have the final authority on decisions regarding eligibility, authenticity, and judgments.

• The event format, structure, and timelines may be subject to change before or during the event.

• If a team fails to submit their entry within the specified timeline, Tata Elxsi reserves the right to disqualify the team from the competition.

Submission Guidelines 

• Any additional supporting documents, such as Excel sheets or other details, must be attached in the annexures.

• Submissions should only be uploaded in .ppt/ .pptx/ .pdf format, with a file size of no more than 5 MB.

• Only the Team Leader is authorized to make submissions. Ensure that your files are named using the following convention: Leader's First Name_Team Name_Institute Name.

• The Team Leader can update their submission by selecting "Submission" and then "Change Submission" at any time before the deadline.

• To avoid last-minute issues, please ensure you submit your files well ahead of the deadline.
