About SKI, Coimbatore

Sri Krishna Institutions, established by the VLB Trust and Sri Krishna Trust, were founded by visionaries with expertise in the textile mills, foundry, and automobile industries. The journey began with the establishment of Sri Krishna Polytechnic College in 1980. Over the years, the trust expanded its educational initiatives, founding Sri Krishna College of Technology, Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, Sri Krishna Arts and Science College, and Sri Krishna Adithya College of Arts and Science.

The institutions are led by Smt. S. Malarvizhi, Chairperson and Managing Trustee, and Sri. K. Adithya, Trustee. Currently, over 22,000 students pursue undergraduate, postgraduate, and research studies across the institutions. Sri Krishna Institutions offer 10 undergraduate engineering programs, 33 undergraduate programs in arts, science, and commerce, and 20 postgraduate programs in arts, science, and commerce. With 15 recognized research departments, numerous scholars are actively pursuing their Ph.D. degrees, reflecting the institution's commitment to academic excellence and research.
