About SITMS, Chittoor

Sreenivasa Institute of Technology and Management Studies (SITAMS) was established in 1998-99 under the Srinivasa Trust by the visionary industrialist Late Dr. D.K. Audikesavulu (Ex-MP, Former TTD Chairman) and Late Smt. D.A. Sathya Prabha (Ex-MLA, Chittoor). Over the past 26 years, SITAMS has made significant strides in teaching, research, and consultancy in technical education and management studies under the leadership of Sri K. Ranganatham, Chairman, Chittoor.

A pioneer in value-based education, SITAMS offers undergraduate (UG) programs in ECE, CSE, CSE (AIML), CSE (AI), CSE (DS), EEE, Civil, and Mechanical Engineering, as well as postgraduate (PG) programs in MBA, MCA, and M.Tech. The institute is affiliated with JNTUA, Ananthapuramu, and is approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

SITAMS has received UGC 2(f) and 12(b) status since 2013, has been granted extended autonomous status for five years (2024-2025 to 2028-2029), and holds NBA accreditation for B.Tech programs in CSE, ECE, and EEE.

Experience and Qualification Requirements

As per AICTE norms. Ph.D. holders from IIT/NIT/Central University are eligible for additional compensation. The Candidates who are interested to join next semester can also attend

Salary / Pay Scale ₹

The salary ranges from Rs. 1.0 lakh per month (for fresh Ph.D. holders) to Rs. 1.6 lakh per month, based on qualifications, experience, quality publications, and participation in funded projects.
