Prof. K.R. Sundararajan, a renowned educationist of South India, founded the Indian Institute of Engineering Technology (IIET) in 1947 to provide opportunities for aspiring engineers when engineering colleges were scarce. Through the AMIE program, he guided numerous students to achieve their dreams of becoming engineers. The alumni of IIET now hold prestigious positions in government and corporate sectors, with many becoming successful entrepreneurs. In 1975, Prof. KRS established Meenakshi College for Women on the same campus. Affiliated with the University of Madras, it is one of Tamil Nadu's most esteemed women’s colleges, with 3,000 students. As an aided institution, it has been a leader in women’s higher education for over three decades.

Experience:

• Educational Background: UG/PG in the relevant discipline with a strong academic record.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities.

• Passion for Teaching: A genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students.

• Research Experience: A solid research background is preferred.
