About MGIT, Telangana

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT) is a leading self-financed engineering college in Telangana, affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Recently, MGIT achieved 4-year accreditation for all six B.Tech programs from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi, and is also accredited by NAAC with an 'A' grade.

Established in 1997 by the Chaitanya Bharathi Educational Society (CBES), MGIT is located in a serene environment at Gandipet, Hyderabad. The institute has rapidly progressed over the years, boasting a lush green campus spread across 30 acres with a built-up area of 2,50,787 square feet.

Department
