Experience and Qualification Requirements

Minimum Qualification (Assistant Professor): A Ph.D. with a first-class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in the relevant discipline, along with an excellent academic record throughout all preceding degrees. For fresh Ph.D. holders, the position will initially be on a contract basis for the first three years, with the possibility of regularization thereafter. Candidates with three or more years of post-PhD teaching, research, or industrial experience may be considered for a regular appointment.
