Experience and Qualification Requirements

Professor (Academic Level 14):

A Ph.D. in a relevant field is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of teaching or research experience at a university or national institution. A strong publication record is essential, with at least 10 research papers published in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals, and a total research score of 120.

Associate Professor (Academic Level 13A):

A Ph.D. in the relevant field is required, along with 8 years of teaching or research experience in a related role. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 publications and a total research score of 75.

Assistant Professor (Academic Level 10): 

A Master's degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks is required. Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) or hold a Ph.D. exempt from NET as per UGC guidelines. Additional qualifications, such as relevant experience or publications, may be necessary for certain positions.
