Over the past 57 years, Bharati Vidyapeeth has made remarkable progress in the field of education, particularly in higher and professional education. It now operates over 156 educational institutions, ranging from pre-primary schools to postgraduate institutions, including a full-fledged professional university (BVDU). Bharati Vidyapeeth has established major campuses in New Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Solapur, Kolhapur, Sangli, Karad, Satara, and Panchgani, among other locations. Notably, it is one of the few organizations from Maharashtra with a campus in India’s capital city. Beyond urban areas, Bharati Vidyapeeth has also extended its reach to rural, tribal, and coastal regions of Maharashtra, ensuring access to quality education in even the most remote locations.

Experience and Qualification Requirements

Assistant Professor:

• B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and/or M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch with a first-class or equivalent in at least one of the degrees.

Associate Professor:

• Ph.D. in the relevant field with a first-class or equivalent at either the Bachelor's or Master's level.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least 2 years of post-Ph.D. experience.

• At least 6 research publications in SCI journals or UGC/AICTE-approved journals.

Professor:

• Ph.D. in the relevant field with a first-class or equivalent at either the Bachelor's or Master's level.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, including at least 3 years in a position equivalent to Associate Professor.

• At least 6 research publications at the Associate Professor level in SCI journals or UGC/AICTE-approved journals.

• Supervised or co-supervised at least 2 successful Ph.D. candidates by the date of eligibility for promotion, or published at least 10 research papers at the Associate Professor level in SCI journals or UGC/AICTE-approved journals.
