• M.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, or Material Science with NET/GATE qualification.

• M.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, or Material Science without NET/GATE qualification.

• M.Tech in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Nanotechnology.
