Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology (ACET) was founded by Akshaya Charitable Trust in 2009. The institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. In 2022, ACET earned accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Strengthening its commitment to academic excellence, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering achieved NBA accreditation in 2024. The college is located in Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore – 642109, approximately 20 km from Coimbatore city.
